I just came across this book about Winston Churchill called “Churchill Style: The Art of Being Winston Churchill”. There are a ton of books about Churchill, but this one is unique.
It’s not focused on his political or military leadership. It’s not about his many accolades and accomplishments. Instead, it’s focused on his personal sense of style and class.
You see, Winston Churchill was basically the shit. He was only 5’7″ tall and anything but athletic, but he did wear high thread count silk underwear while eating breakfast in bed with his cat.

In fact, Churchill made sure to regularly enjoy the finest luxuries life has to offer – premium booze, art, property and, of course, bespoke clothing.
His closets were full of custom made garments. Everything down to his embroidered socks and undershirts.
Churchill was so stylish that he made a lasting impression on both British and American fashion scenes.
He was truly a gentleman, a scholar and a trendsetter, and for that we appreciate him.
