Refund policy

 

 

We are confident that you will love your Aurochs wallet for every penny you paid for it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have got you covered with our 100 days no-questions-asked refund policy.

You can return any item that is unused and is in new condition to us for a full refund or exchange it with another product. Please note that the return shipping amount is not covered in the refund and will have to be paid by the customer at the time of booking the return shipment.

Once we receive the return shipment, your original invoice amount minus the shipping cost incurred will be refunded to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)

Example: If you bought a product for $60 & paid $8 for DHL shipping, only $60 will be refunded to you and not $68.

To initiate a refund or exchange process please send us an e-mail at  support@myaurochs.com, and our support team will guide you through the rest of the procedure.

   

DUPLICATE OR WRONG ORDER:

In case you ordered a wrong product or ordered product/s unintentionally, please let us know via e-mail at support@myaurochs.com immediately so that we can make it right before the product/s are shipped. The refund will appear in your Credit Card/PayPal within 14 business days.

5 YEAR WARRANTY:

All our products are covered under a 5 years warranty during which we are confident that the product will work as designed and intended if used under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

To claim warranty, please send us an email on support@myaurochs.com with your order details and pictures of the defect and our team will handle it from there.

Note: Warranty applies to products purchased after 1 November 2019.
