Your first year of Balance is free to support your mental health journey. After that, Balance offers two auto-renewing subscriptions at $11.99/month and $69.99/year. These prices are for United States customers; pricing in other countries may vary.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99, which includes unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

I enjoy using the app. a non-intrusive way to meditate any time, day or night, with plenty of options to accommodate your mood in any situation. In certain cases it seems to miss tracking my session for a day, but maybe that's because I'm taking them at no "the usual time" during those days. I love it, especially since it has such a long trial period. It lets you to really get to know it before deciding to stay with it (or not ;-) )

This is the only paid app I have on my phone and it is so worth the money. I use it multiple times a week to help me sleep and occasionally for meditation. The exercises are super accessible, the guidance is warm and soothing, and there are slight adjustments to ones I use regularly so that they don't become overly repetitive. Highly recommend.

I've been using this app for over a year now.. every single night and then some other times. It's truly been a game-changer with relaxing and letting go for bedtime. My brain doesn't like to stop no matter how tired I am, but these sessions provide just what I need to let go, relax, and find some amazing relief and rest. Thank you, Balance, for an amazing resource!
