  1. I prefer V-neck myself. It allows a little more shirt to show and I don’t get uncomfortably warm as easily when entering heated buildings.

    • Hey Jason,

Good choice. I’m loving v-necks right now, although many seem to have “v”s that are too deep, which makes it hard to wear them without a shirt underneath.

I’ve actually been wearing my Peter Manning v-neck with and without a shirt (almost like you would wear a henley).

  2. I also prefer v necks.

  3. Really need a solid sweater that actually fits. Its getting cold up here in the mountains. Also need a sweater with little to no V so that I don’t have to worry about whats underneath. These seem perfect

  4. Matt krishnan says:

    Hey man,

As someone who has to regularly shrink clothes in the dryer hoping it fits better, a fitted anything will be heaven sent!

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  5. I bought the wool sweater from Peter Manning before and it’s comfortable and fits me very well. I will prefer to win a V-neck this time so it will give me more styling variety.

  6. +1 for the v-neck.

  7. I’ve always historically been a crew-neck guy, but I’m discovering the benefits of v-neck and trying to do more with them.

  8. Definitely a fan of the v-neck. Just bought one from H&M based on the Best Clothes for Short Men guide, but you can never have too many for New England winters.

    • Tim,

Glad you liked the H&M v-neck. They’re great, nice and slim fit. Have you tried their cardigans?

The Peter Manning sweaters are great because they’re higher quality. They won’t stretch out after a season of heavy wear.

  9. V-neck

  10. Andrew Clelland says:

I like a v neck for work, when I’m feeling more casual on my days off its a crew neck.

  11. I’m more into crew necks, never was too comfortable with v-necks.

  12. I like wearing collared shirts, and I feel like the v-necks don’t cause as much bunching around my neck. I much prefer v-neck sweaters in pretty much any scenario.

  13. Hmm, I like both, but could use a crew neck currently.

  14. I like crew necks. V necks only if the v is modestly small. Though I believe v necks are more stylish in and of themselves.

  15. V-neck! Deeper the better, haha.

  16. I’m in Minnesota. It’s freezing up here. I need more sweaters!

  17. I prefer v-necks. They show more of the shirt underneath and look more mature in my mind.

  18. I’m so happy Peter Manning is offering v-necks now.

  19. Definitely like the v-necks better!

  20. V-necks accentuate the chest which i find is a good look for me

  21. V necks all the way.

  22. V-necks are my preferred choice as well. They look better and elongate my torso a bit. I always have to shrink down my wool sweaters and it’s not an exact science to be sure!

  23. richelle bowers says:

  24. All depends on how you want to wear it, fan of the crew myself.

  25. V-necks for my husband!

  26. Jorge Alexander Granda says:

    I would go with a V neck.

  27. I prefer crew neck

  28. I like the V-necks for myself

  29. I think I prefer v-neck sweaters. But as someone else had mentioned, it all really depends on how I would plan to wear it.

  30. v-neck

  31. Christopher says:

I typically wear Crew neck sweaters from BR but I need to start buying some V-Necks I can wear over a button up shirt, typically under crew necks I just wear a t-shirt.

  32. Josh furman says:

  33. I tend to prefer v-necks.

  34. As a girl, I prefer the crew neck look. I also prefer the crew neck style in menswear, but I can’t deny the v-neck to show off a tie in a more formal look.

  35. I prefer the V-neck, mostly because I like to be able to wear a tie with it if I want to.

  36. I prefer a crew neck. Probably because that is what I have been wearing till now, though I’d like to see how v-necks go.

  37. Ellen Casper says:

    I prefer crew necks
